At Roche Sauvage, each product is made to order. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, color preferences, or change of mind.

However, we stand behind the quality of our products.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, you are eligible for a replacement or refund.

To request a resolution, please contact us within 30 days of delivery, including clear photos of the item and its packaging. Our team will review the case and offer the appropriate solution.

Note: We do not require physical returns. If eligible, replacements or refunds are processed without sending the item back.
